Biking for Health - Smart biking &  RAPID Health 2020

荷蘭，大家所熟知的單車大國，居民所擁有的自行車超過 2,300 萬輛，尋找自行車停車位可能比找汽車停車位還難，在阿姆斯特丹、鹿特丹、海牙和烏特勒支等城市，騎自行車上下班更是普遍的事。

因此，荷蘭政府追求永續能源之路未曾停歇，政府更編列數億歐元改善整個荷蘭的自行車基礎設施，初級基礎設施部長Stientje van Veldhoven表示，自行車道和自行車停車設施的投資，對國民的健康和財務至關重要！

荷蘭國鐵總部所在的烏特勒支市以發展「健康城市生活」為政策目標，自1885年建立了荷蘭的第一個自行車道起，為了解決自行車停車問題，市政府與國鐵共同合作改造烏特勒支中央車站，今(2019)年8月19日正式啟用地下三層樓的自行車停車場，停車位為雙層車架，可容納12,500輛自行車，包括家庭式的cargo bike、可租借的公共自行車OV-fiets都可停放，是目前全世界最大自行車停車場。

為了讓更多人了解荷蘭政府推廣自行車的效益，台荷加速器將透過Tiger Growth Forum台荷成長論壇的主題分享Biking for Health - Smart biking，讓大家更熟悉荷蘭政府的產業政策，增加台灣企業到歐洲拓展市場的機會與文化的融合，同時順利橋接台灣企業的創新技術落地發展！
