To cultivate individuals possessing advanced technology who are forward-looking, well-versed in multiple disciplines, can build on industry experience, and have international perspective. The focus will be training persons who have backgrounds in biomedical sciences and in research at product R&D centers. It is hoped that this will create an incubation platform that attracts talent and capital from around the world.

The Hsinchu Biomedical Science Park Industry and Incubation Center focuses on cultivating parties that are dedicated primarily to biomedical science technology and product R&D center research. Both domestic and foreign companies in the biomedical science industry are welcome to reside in the Incubation Center.

The center can provide tailored value-added services based on the needs of specific companies. In addition, ITRI's team that has expertise in multiple disciplines and industrialization will provide innovation-oriented R&D, intellectual property rights, and regulatory services, helping to shorten the timeframe for the industry's development.
