The Center is being funded by the Small and Medium Enterprise Administration under the Ministry of Economic Affairs, which has contracted Industrial Technology Research Institute (TRI) to operate and manage it.
- ITRI's strengths in multiple disciplines will enable it to provide services in innovative R&D, intellectual property rights, rules and regulations, international marketing, and venture capital. This expertise will help to reduce the timeframe needed for the industry's development.
- The Incubation Center team will assist in paving the way for innovative start-up companies with high potential, starting from pre-incubation assistance all the way to corporate success stories.
